Launched a cross-border media platform amplifying women athletes’ voices through interviews on health,
nutrition, and gender barriers.
Produced and published multimedia content educating 30K+ viewers on women’s health equity and nutrition in sports. I also interviewed with 15 female athletes and posted findings on social media.
Menstrual Health
Collaboration with Days For Girls Oxford chapter and raise awareness of menstrual health at local communities
Menstrual health education initiative raising awareness of menstrual hygiene, cycle science, and period equity at my school. Through workshops, surveys, and advocacy linked to Menstrual Hygiene Day, it empowers girls with knowledge, challenges stigma, and promotes access to safe, dignified menstrual care.


Her space 6 weeks program
Constructed a 6 weeks program on girls in sport and affected 10+ girls; Collaborated with Days For Girls on a school assembly on menstrual hygiene day and bake sales earning £200+ for menstrual kits.
